The money back does not apply to products or services for which we are out of pocket. Since we offer both short term and longer term hosting plans, we ask that you select a short term plan if you are at all concerned about reaching the end of the selected term with us.

Blue Moon webs does not "auto" bill clients without direct instructions from clients.

In the event that a customer suffers outage or data loss due to errors by Blue Moon Webs or in cases where Management deems it prudent we may elect to offer a customer a refund other than the initial 30 day money back guarantee.
